Position Details
- Location: Panama City, FL
- Position: Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
- Schedule: 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM or 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
- Hours: 36+ hours per week
Pay
?? Local Pay Rate: $43.00/hour
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,548+
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for behavioral health patients.
- Monitor patients experiencing psychiatric crises and behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Administer medications and treatment interventions.
- Provide patient education and support to individuals and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and nursing assessments.

- Psychosis
- PTSD
- Substance Use Disorders
- Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions
Areas of Practice
- Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)
- Behavioral Health Services
- Detoxification Services
- Residential Treatment Programs
- Community-Based Mental Health Programs
Minimum Requirements
? Active RN License
? Minimum 1 year of recent Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Nursing experience
? Current CPR/BLS (if applicable)
? Ability to meet all state and facility compliance requirements
