Terms and Conditions:
- No referral bonus eligibility if the referred candidate has already interviewed or worked for Amergis.
- Referrers are not allowed to refer candidates that are currently working at an active Amergis client.
- Only the first referrer of a candidate is eligible for a referral bonus.
- The referred candidate must work 400 hours or more within 9 months of the referral.
- Internal Employees (including recruiters and salespeople) are not eligible for a referral bonus through this program
If the above conditions are met, the individual that referred the candidate will receive a $500 one-time payment. Additional payment instructions will be provided to the referrer by an Amergis team member. There is no cap to the number of referrals that an individual could provide.
All referrals will be evaluated with the purpose to be contacted by a member of the Amergis team. We value our existing and prospective clients and candidates; we are committed to always act in their best interests.
To qualify for the bonus, referrals must be submitted between June 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
