Our Recruiter Trainee Program is a tiered 26-week training program that teaches new recruiters the fundamental skills of recruitment: sourcing, screening, selecting, and servicing. New recruiters learn from an experienced leaders and team members to provide the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful.
