Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Compounding Pharmacists for two full-time contract openings with a respected healthcare organization in Wisconsin. This opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule, full-time hours, and the potential for contract extension.

Position Highlights

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00pm - 12:00am
• Alternating weekend coverage required

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescription medications
• Compound medications in accordance with pharmacy standards and regulations
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in medication preparation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
• Provide patient counseling and medication education
• Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related concerns
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and quality standards
• Support daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy support staff as appropriate

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Compounding experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment
