Social Worker – (LICSW or LMHC)
Pay Rate: $3,266 gross weekly (travel pay) or $65/hr (local pay)
Location: Centralia, WA
Schedule: 4x12s (Sun-Wed); day or night shift
Start Date: Week of 8/2/2026
Key Responsibilities & Environment
- Provide case management, assessment, and therapeutic support services.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on behavioral health, coping skills, and reintegration planning.
- Collaborate with medical providers, custody staff, and behavioral health professionals to support patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources.
- Work in a structured, security-focused environment while maintaining professional boundaries and client-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Washington State LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LMHCA, or equivalent credential preferred.
- Minimum one year of social work, behavioral health, counseling, or case management experience.
- Experience working with justice-involved or underserved populations preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass all facility security and background requirements.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
- Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
- Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
