Not Requirements but good to have for the best possible candidate:


- Baseline cert required:
Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or CNA

- Nice-to-have certifications or previous experience (Certification would not be required unless the client wants it):
Medical billing (CPB)
Healthcare/UM or compliance certifications or experience

- Core experience to prioritize:
Managed care / utilization management / referrals
ICD-10 + CPT coding familiarity

- Simple target profile:
MA/CNA + 2+ years managed care + coding cert (CPC/CCA preferred)


The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services fields preferred
  • Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
