Position: Certified Addiction Counselor
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 13 weeks (Temp to Perm)
Schedule: Typically 8am-4pm but will be discussed in interview. Monday-Friday
Description: The Addiction Counselor is responsible for the designs, develops, and implements all programs related to substance use and abuse prevention and intervention in conjunction with the Mental Health Consultant and Health Services staff, center physician and Center Director.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) required.
• Prefer 1 year of work-related experience.
• Prefer experience working with youth.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
