Requirements - 2 years of experience, including history in acute care and SNF settings - BLS - 2 References from employment within the last 3 years - Cannot be currently employed within the Alameda Health System - Meditech charting experience - Previous Charge experience
Orientation Details - No formal orientation: department tour/orientation is given for the first 60-90 mins of the clinicians first shift
Shift Detail - Days, 9 hours - 0800-1700 - Most needs fall Mon-Wed each week
Additional Details - Charting system: Meditech - Scrub Color: any - Parking: Free parking. Go towards the back and park on the left side of the emergency entrance, facing the freeway. Enter through the ER. - Separation period requirement: 1 year Shift Info: Day 1x9-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
