MICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospital in Massachusetts
Employer: Amergis Staffing
Location: Massachusetts (Hospital Setting)
Pay:
Local: $82/hr
Travel: $3700 per/week gross
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Every other weekend
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Overview:
Amergis is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for an exciting opportunity at a hospital in Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in an intermediate or acute care setting, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement patient care using the nursing process.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Provide leadership and act as charge nurse when needed.
Respond to emergency situations, including Rapid Response and Code Blue calls.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts.
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience (preferably in acute or intermediate care).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle stressful situations calmly.
