About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations and deliver individualized therapy services in alignment with each student's established plan of care and physician orders. This position plays a key part in helping students develop communication skills that support their academic and social success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the plan of care
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Participate in meetings, IEPs, and interdisciplinary planning as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of California
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on contract/state)
- Ability to comply with all professional standards of practice
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)
- Current health certificate per state/contract regulations
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation
We offer competitive local and travel pay packages:
Local SLP
- Pay Rate: $90/hr
- Total Weekly Pay (approx.): $3,600
Travel SLP
- Pay Rate: $52/hr
- Meals & Incidentals: $644/week
- Housing Stipend: $1,337/week
- Total Weekly Pay Package: $4,061
