Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, providing therapy services, and documenting progress in accordance with each student’s plan of care. This role supports students’ functional and academic success in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay Details
- Bill Rate: $115/hour
- Estimated Weekly Pay: Based on full-time schedule
