Job Title: Behavior Technician / Residential Aide

Location: Ramona, CA (Initial 2-week training at house in Ramona)
Modality & Specialty: BT / DSP or Caregiver experienced with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Pay Rate: $28 per hour (Flat Rate)
Start Date: January 26, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Hours per Week: 32–40 hours (Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for full-time hours and more)
Population: Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Schedule: 
Tuesday-Saturday
Sunday-Thursday
Friday-Monday
PM:2:00PM-10:00PM
NOC: 10:00PM-6:00AM

Position Overview:

Work as a Residential Behavior Technician in a home setting for adults with mental and developmental disabilities who exhibit a variety of behaviors. Homes may be all-male or all-female, with 4 residents per home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and support for residents.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.

• Implement behavioral strategies and therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with individuals with IDD.

• Must be available for 2-week orientation (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage challenging behaviors.
