Caregiver – Direct Support Personnel

Setting: Group Home – No Driving Required During Shift
Are you ready to make a difference in someone’s life every single day? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders in a group home setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities like personal care, meal prep, and household tasks
- Help residents build independence and interpersonal skills
- Create a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident thrives
What We Offer:
- Starting pay at $22/hr. (with potential for more based on experience)
- No driving required during your shift
- Flexible schedules:
- Full-Time: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Part-Time: one weekend day per week is a must.
What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Must be 18+ years old
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (as required)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow professional standards
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
