The Occupational Therapy Manager oversees the delivery and development of occupational therapy services within an outpatient center. This includes clinical care, staff supervision, program development, compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight : Manage daily operations, develop programs, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Staff Supervision : Oversee occupational therapy staff, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring/training.
- Clinical Care : Provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and maintain a caseload.
- Training & Support : Mentor staff, ensure competency, and track training compliance.
- Liaison Role : Act as a bridge between OT leadership and other departments.
Qualifications
- Licensure : Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
- Certification : CPR certification required.
- Education : Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years clinical experience (2+ in pediatrics); supervisory experience required.

- Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, 40 hours/week
Pay Range:
- $95,340.00/Yr- $146,883.00/Yr.
