Physical Therapist 

Facility: Lafayette Regional Rehab Hospital
Hourly pay: $46; If 50+ miles, you qualify for travel stipend
Start Date: 1/5/2026
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy in accordance with physician orders and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services and document progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and clinical skills.
