Psych LVN – Mental Health Rehabilitation Center | Ukiah, CA

Start Date: Late January | 13 week Contract

We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Ukiah, California. This role is ideal for a nurse with psychiatric or behavioral health experience who is committed to whole person care. You’ll provide direct nursing support, medication management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help residents living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, or chronic medical conditions access comprehensive support.

• Shift: AM, PM, or NOC (flexible availability)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CA LVN License

• 1+ years of experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or residential care preferred

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Additional Compliance Requirements

• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site

• Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English required
