- Experience Required: Recent experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, psychiatric, or corrections nursing
- Schedule Options: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN positions
- Shifts Available: Days and Nights (12-hour shifts)

- As an LPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being of clients. You’ll work closely with: Medical Director, RN supervisor, Behavioral Health Technicians, Psychologists/Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Case Managers, Counselors and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Conduct health assessments and document clinical observations
- Support clients through withdrawal symptoms and psychiatric episodes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff on treatment plans
- Respond to medical and behavioral crises with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and facility protocols
- Foster a respectful, recovery-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Florida
- Experience in behavioral health, detox, or psychiatric nursing preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
