The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
  • Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements    
  • Must be at least 18 years of age  

Travel ER RN – Visalia (Central Valley), CA

Start Dates: January 5 or January 19
Location: Central Valley, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (36 or 48 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years ER RN experience
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
  • Additional: CPI provided onsite
  • Distance: Must reside at least 150 miles from facility

Pay & Bonuses

  • 48-hour schedule: $4,207/week
    • Includes $2,730 taxable + $1,477 stipends
  • 36-hour schedule: $3,209.50/week
    • Includes $1,732.50 taxable + $1,477 stipends
  • Shift Bonus: $350 for each 12-hour shift completed beyond contracted hours
